How do I pay for appointments?

You have a choice. You can pay upfront by card when you book online, or store your card details when booking and make easy payment at the time of your treatment. Both methods are through the secure Acuity Scheduling platform. PayID/bank transfer and (exact) cash are also accepted at the time of treatment.

How do I pay for a gift certificate?

Gift certificates are paid upfront online with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through the secure Acuity Scheduling platform.

How do I pay for a package?

Packages are paid upfront online with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through the secure Acuity Scheduling platform.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the treatment time incur a 50% cancellation fee.

What if I need to reschedule?

Click ‘reschedule’ on the booking confirmation or appointment reminder email.

Where is my booking email?

If you didn’t receive a confirmation or reminder email, please check your junk mail folder. Contact me to resend if necessary.

Are you registered for health insurance?

I am not yet registered for health insurance claims, but I will be in October 2025. Until then, my rate is less than the out-of-pocket amount if you claim health insurance elsewhere.

Prices:

I increased my prices by $1 in January 2025 to make it easier for people to pay with cash. They increased slightly with my CertIV certification on the 19th of March 2025, and will slightly increase again with my Diploma of Remedial Massage certification on the 1st of November 2025.

What is cuddle therapy?

Basically: a time to share consensual, fully clothed touch and connection. Have a read here.

Can I meet you before cuddle therapy?

Yes, you can meet me virtually. I offer free 15 minute virtual consultations for cuddle therapy so that you can get a sense of me, ask questions and break the ice. Book here.

Do you do extras?:

I offer therapeutic massage and cuddle therapy only, no extra (sexual) services provided. Any request for extra services or inappropriate behavior and police will be called immediately, with the full amount payable for the treatment.
