I require 24 hours notice to cancel or move an appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given a cancellation fee may be charged. By booking an appointment online you agree to pay the cancellation fee.

In submitting a booking, you understand that these treatments are not eligible for a health insurance rebate.

This is therapeutic massage only. Any request for extra services or inappropriate behavior will result in the termination of the session and police will be called. The fee for the session remains payable.

Privacy Policy

Your name, phone number and email address are collected to organize your booking.

Any marketing messages on SMS or email are opt-in, and you can opt-out at any time.

Any discussion of your health is confidential and any notes are kept in a private, secure system.

The exception is if a client is under 18 years of age and there is a suspicion of abuse or neglect, it will be reported.
